·We guarantee your satisfaction on every product we sell.
If an item you have purchased from us is not working as expected, please bring it back to the store for free help, where we can solve your problem or even exchange the item for a product that better suits your needs.
·No refund is allowed after purchase. Exchanging products are allowed within 30 days of purchase.
·For original hardware defects ( motherboards, hard drives, memory, screen etc). We will guarantee complete repairs while the warranty is active. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damages caused by customers.
·We cannot be responsible for any software problems or virus infection that were caused by the customer’s but we can help at an affordable cost.
·We provide 90 days warranty for all new and used computers.
·An original receipt is required for any exchanges and repairs.
·We have a reasonable lower cost for repairs after the warranty expires.

 

LAYAWAY

 

We have an easy 60 days layaway plan to help our customers:
1. There is a Minimum $100 order total for using our Layaway Plan.
2. A ten percent (10%) deposit is required as a down payment on all layaway purchases, ie. your first payment will be 10% of your order total. For example: if your order total is $200, your first payment will be $20.00 at the time of the order.
3. We will hold your layaway FOR 60 DAYS ONLY after there is a fee of $25 dollar towards your initial deposit.
4. Any remain deposit after 60 days can be used as store credit to buy anything in our store. There is not cash refund for any layaway.
5. You may cancel your layaway at any time; however, payments are non-refundable only store credit will apply.

 

REPAIRS

 

Please bring your computer, the power supply, and any issue-related external components such as external hard drives, etc., that may help in diagnosing the problem and completing the repair.
We are not responsible for any data loss. In case of back up data, we will try to recover as much data as possible.
We will perform the job as describe on the ticket base on the description of the problem any additional problem we will contact the owner to inform of those problems.
We will only hold your computer or item in our store for 60 DAYS after repair, after that period of time we will sell your computer or item to cover our cost of repairing.
